Alira Tower

Alira Tower
Alira Tower, located on Koh Pich (Diamond Island) in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, is conceived as a landmark mixed-use development that reflects the evolving lifestyle of the modern city. The project brings together a unique combination of condominiums, a spa and wellness center, fine dining restaurants, co-working spaces, and private residences, creating a vibrant ecosystem where people can live, work, relax, and connect.
The architectural vision is rooted in a Modern Tropical design language, tailored to the Cambodian climate and culture. The building embraces light, air, and greenery, weaving them into every level — from vertical gardens that soften the façade to open terraces that capture panoramic views of the river and the city skyline. Shaded corridors, natural ventilation strategies, and lush landscaping foster a sustainable and comfortable environment that blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living.
Beyond functionality, Alira Tower is designed to celebrate community and well-being. Shared spaces such as co-working lounges, communal gardens, and the spa are carefully crafted to encourage interaction, creativity, and relaxation. Meanwhile, the condominiums and private residences are designed to provide tranquility, exclusivity, and timeless comfort, offering an intimate retreat within the bustling heart of Phnom Penh.
As a destination, Alira Tower embodies the future of urban living in Cambodia — a place where architecture and lifestyle converge, where modern innovation meets cultural sensitivity, and where every element, from design to materiality, is orchestrated to create not only a building, but a living experience. It is more than a residence or a workplace; it is an urban sanctuary that enriches daily life and stands as a symbol of contemporary elegance in Phnom Penh’s rapidly transforming cityscape.

The design of the interior draws inspiration from Cambodia’s rich cultural heritage, weaving together local textiles and vernacular architecture into a contemporary setting. The wall panels are adorned with patterns reminiscent of Khmer traditional weaving, celebrating the artistry and textures that have been passed down through generations. Warm wood tones, woven lattice screens, and handcrafted details echo the rhythm of Cambodian craft and architecture, while modern proportions and clean lines reinterpret them for a timeless and elegant atmosphere. The result is a space that feels both familiar and refined — a welcoming threshold that embodies the spirit of local culture while introducing residents and visitors to the contemporary character of Alira Tower.
