BDJJ Residence is a private residence designed with a Futuristic Design concept, blending fluid architectural curves with modern materials and technology to create a forward-looking design that remains warm and livable in every dimension. The building is defined by flowing lines, horizontal planes, and gracefully curved roofs that embody movement and the energy of the future, while still maintaining harmony with the surrounding environment.

The spatial layout is carefully planned to balance both privacy and shared living for the family. Communal areas such as the living room and dining space are directly connected to the garden and greenery, fostering a relaxing atmosphere and a sense of closeness to nature. Meanwhile, the private quarters are designed to provide tranquility and seclusion.

The interior design by Theory & Co. focuses on achieving a balance between elegance and comfort. Light wood tones, clean walls, minimal lines, and soft lighting are used to create a serene atmosphere.
